ABOUT CLEARFOCUS 

Clearfocus Mental Health and Communications Training was founded in 2015, after a successful counselling/psychotherapy and hypnotherapy company decided to increase their focus within the business-training sector. Clearfocus now operates across the country, specialising in Business Skills, Conflict, Negotiation, Mental Health Training and Consultancy. Our clients range from professional individuals to large, corporate organisations with complex training requirements. 
Company Philosophy 
We believe that setting a good atmosphere in the training room is key to learning. Training should not have to be painful, but be exciting and interactive. Being interesting and passionate with the subject helps to create this culture which often rubs off with participants in their ability to take on board the information and learn at an accelerated pace. We firmly believe that if you give out energy and interest in a subject you are much more likely to get it back.

Our Bespoke approach to Training 
It is important to be flexible and understand individuals’ needs and learning styles when working with people of different roles. We are able to deliver the training in a way that considers people’s different learning styles, including the consideration of the diverse nature of visual and statistical information. 
 
We find this to be of great benefit in building a closer working relationship, which is vital in the sessions we carry out. We like to get everyone involved and not just talk at people, so we will often work in small groups and encourage discussion. By working in this way it helps create a bespoke experience that suits the group’s unique needs.
